Sai Baba Gurukulam is an state level non government organization and voluntary development organization is working in the District of Kanichepuram, Chennai of Tamil Nadu.
A team of service minded people started its social service activities during 1990 and legally registered as a trust in 2016. It is working with the poorest among the poor in all community based on their problems and felt needs. Sai Baba Gurukulam have been initiating supporting and strengthening the community groups in their effects to solve their micro and macro level problems through community supported actions.
It is an action group in integrated development and convergence of services for despaired and opporessed community. Sai Baba Gurukulam engaged in social service activities in the field of women and children has rendered immense service for the unreached for the upliftment of disadvantaged.
The Promoter of this organization was inspired by the grass-root realities, exploitation, poverty, and disease prevalent in rural areas. They had decided to work with masses in bearing the burden of the poor and lifting them out of the poverty and other evils of the life in the society.
Sai Baba Gurukulam activities,actions, reactions and reflections has marked progress and expansion of its activities coupled with the successful participation of the target people.

The vision and mission of the Sai Baba Gurukulam is to the increasing social demands of the people active involvement of the clientele groups dovetailing of resources with needs forging strong community expressions on increasing community development.
Through human resource development training build the capacity of disadvantaged to meet life’s challenges participate in decision-making in the community and enhance their status in the society address social and economic in justice against in women and children particular and the poor in general.
The mission is to contribute towards the empowered of disadvantaged particularly women, children so that they become capable of gaining control over their own their familiesandcommunitywelfare.
The emerging voluntary community leadership organization of women help movement at the grass root level increased rapport support groups rising of skill endorsement empowerment of masses and creation of community forces are the major vision and mission of the organization.
